Return Policy

US/Domestic Returns

We provide return services through our return portal, including store points, refunds for original payment methods, or exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased on shop.littleluck.shop, please initiate the process by sending us a return authorization request through the link here within 14 days after the delivery date. All returns must be sent back to us within 5 days after the request is approved.


*Please note that all return orders require a $25 restocking fee.


All returns must:

-The item must be returned in a brand new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels, including our 'Do Not Remove' tag.


-We are unable to issue refunds or returns for worn or used clothing.


-We strictly prohibit accepting returns for news and styling purposes (including photo shoots).


-Returns must be returned along with any other gifts included at the time of purchase to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, we will charge you for these items and deduct them from your refund.


-The initial shipping fee is non refundable.


-All accessories below $50.00 are final sales and do not meet the return or exchange criteria.


-Our store reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy requirements or are unauthorized.


-Any item purchased at a special price or from archive sales is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will provide exchange services for products purchased through our website. The replacement product must be of the same style, but with a different size or color. If you need different styles, please return your original product and place a new order separately online. Exchange will only be processed after receiving and inspecting returned items, based on inventory status. The replacement product is free of charge for domestic orders (orders delivered to customers). Each item can be exchanged at most once.



Defective items

If the received item is damaged or defective, we will not issue a refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges for worn or second-hand items.


Return to sender/rejected package

Orders rejected or deemed undeliverable by FedEx will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you via email before canceling the order. Buyers who still wish to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label fee in order to resend the order.


Our store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.


Please note that if you return more than 60% of your orders within 12 months, you may need to comply with the revised return policy. If you are bound by the revised policy, we will contact you.
