Very rare signed Art purple zodiac glass festoon necklace. This is a double layer with a tasseled fixed lariat in between them. Very pretty Etruscan revival design. Arthur Pepper was a know artist whom produced the popular line of vintage jewelry called ART. They made jewelry from the late 1940's to the 1970's. Great vintage condition with little to no signs of wear. The necklace has two layers. The longest is 18 inches. The shortest is 12 inches. The pendant hangs a full 3 and 1/2 inches down in between. Item came from a local vintage estate sale as do many of my vintage items. Unfortunately due to the uniqueness of these items they are not able to be reproduced for multiple orders. This is a vintage item which means that there may be some flaws with age. I try and point these out as I find them but each item may not be perfect. Many of my items are kept in the condition that I find them.
